Редуктор ЦДН-50. Назначение и конструкция.
Редуктор ЦДН-50, как и все подобные механизмы, предназначен для механического преобразования частоты оборотов в величину тягового усилия привода. Редуктор работает в пределах передаточных отношений от 8,04 до 49,2. При выходе из строя рекомендована замена на более современные аналоги – РМ-500 или Ц2У-315.
Основу конструкции редуктора ЦДН-50 составляет цилиндрическая двухступенчатая зубчатая передача с зацеплением, выполненным по технологии Новикова. Чугунный корпус – разъёмный в средней горизонтальной плоскости. Боковые крышки крепятся болтами, ими же осуществляется регулирование подшипников.
