Мотор-редуктор типа МЧ-160 удобен тем, что в его конструкции объединены электродвигатель и добротный редуктор, обеспечивающий понижение скорости вращения и увеличение параметров крутящего момента. Допустимое обозначение - МРЧ 160.
Агрегат собирается с использованием редукторов типа Ч-160 и обладает отличными эксплуатационными характеристиками. Допускается продолжительное использование этой модели мотор-редуктора во включенном состоянии под нагрузкой.
Мотор-редуктор МЧ допускает применение в следующих условиях:
- нагрузка постоянная и переменная в пределах крутящего момента, одного направления и реверсивная;
- работа длительная (до 24 часов в сутки) или с периодическими остановками;
- вращение валов в любую сторону до 1800 оборотов в минуту;
- атмосфера типа 1 и 2 по ГОСТ 15150-69 при запылённости воздуха не более 10 мг/м3.
- климатическое исполнение - У, Т (для категорий размещения 1...3), УХЛ и О (для категории размещения 4) по ГОСТ 15150-69,
